What permissions are required for Users in my Team to see encoding slots

I’ve added users to my team under Organization settings / team. But when the log in using their ids, they are NOT able to see the encoding slots.

Couple of reasons for this

  1. when logging in using their own Ids their by default logged into their Personal account.
    Recommended steps - Login and change to the Paid Organization. See this community link for details

  2. Proper permissions for the user on the Paid Organization.
    Recommended steps -
    a. assign Product Admin rights (or equivalent) for the users AND
    b. Edit Group Product Admin (or equivalent) and enable Account > View permissions
