I’ve added users to my team under Organization settings / team. But when the log in using their ids, they are NOT able to see the encoding slots.
Couple of reasons for this
-
when logging in using their own Ids their by default logged into their Personal account.
Recommended steps - Login and change to the Paid Organization. See this community link for details -
Proper permissions for the user on the Paid Organization.
Recommended steps -
a. assign Product Admin rights (or equivalent) for the users AND
b. Edit Group Product Admin (or equivalent) and enable Account > View permissions
