Streams
I have invited additional members to my team and at least one of them has now created new streams. As the account administrator, am I able to see a list of the streams uploaded by other members of my team? Currently I am only able to see the streams that I created.
Thanks for asking @datkinson . When inviting members to an account, they get assigned two organization IDs: their personal one and the one you’ve invited them to. The most likely scenario is that the team members you’ve invited have created the new streams under their personal orgID rather than under the main one. To verify this, I’d suggest that, when logged into Dashboard, you pay attention to the full URL displayed on the browser bar, which contains an orgID query param. You should ensure each of your team members are logged to that one when uploading content, and not to their personal ones
How do users log in to the main orgID? The user that I sent the invitation to is now receiving an error message indicating that their trial period has expired.
