Hi , My trail period expired , I purchased a plan and now using the account for encoding a file, still getting this error as my account is deactivated. Does the account have to be activated from your end ?
Hi! Please make sure you use the correct organization and credentials when you want to initiate an encoding. p.earl@byonity.com has an active plan but your personal account doesn’t. When you login to your personal account, make sure you switch the organization and choose the one that has a paid plan (top-right corner next to your name).
