Hello! I had this issue some time ago with the player stuck buffering - it never got solved and the system just closed it during this weekend.

How do I find out the reason a user’s player is stuck loading (80%)?

Hi. I reopened the issue. Let’s continue the conversation there.
Also I’m going to investigate why it was closed.
