What “enabled by out team” does mean exactly?

Do I need to ticket “request to enable pool” after starting pool?
As outlined in our documentation, the Pre-warmed Encoder Pool feature does incur additional charges for encoding, as detailed in our Encoding Calculation Methodology under section 11. Prewarmed Encoder Pools.
To prevent any unexpected costs, we will activate this feature individually for your account before it can be used.
