Is there a way to estimating cost of dynamic prewarmed encoder pool?
I saw static pool can handle multiple encoding jobs if jobs arrive sequentially with ~10 seconds apart.
So when dynamic pool scales up is unclear to me.

If dynamic pool changes the number of available encoding resources automatically, overall cost changes in unpredictable manner.
I’d like to know when resources in a pool increse or decrease (e.g. desrease xx hours after when increased resouce become idle)
By the way, it seems like there is no way to know grabbed resource from a pool is “refilled” or auto-scaled.
This also make cost estimation difficult.
