Dear Bitmovin Team,
We are a company offering DRM-enabled video playback services using the Bitmovin Player.
Recently, we have received reports from our users indicating that playback no longer works on Windows 7 devices. These issues started approximately two weeks ago, despite the playback functionality working previously.
Could you confirm if there have been any recent updates to the Bitmovin Player that might have affected compatibility?
Additionally, could you clarify the minimum Windows version officially supported by the Bitmovin Player? Three users under the same conditions (Chrome v109.0.5414.120 on Windows 7) have recently reported that it suddenly stopped working.
