Can we use AWS Pre-signed URL as a video URL?

Hi,
I am trying to use AWS S3 pre-signed video URL as a progressive video url (MP4).
Although when I try to use this URL directly on browser it plays the video. But the same URL when used in bitmovin player gives error 403 Forbidden.

Please help me with some solution.
