Description
Following up on the support request #26055, we would need to have the codec initialisation data (e.g. SPS, PPS) in the first sample of every fragment (i.e. the first sample in each mdat box) which is specified in AVC3 (Amendment 2 of ISO/IEC 14496-15), instead in the initial MOOV box as for AVC1.
