Source Upload Issue

Hi,

During playback once we pause the video and let video pause for more than 5 mins, sometimes we are getting Source Unload callback( Source Error), and then player screen becomes black.

In this case sometime we are getting 2001 which says - A general source error code when a more specific error code could not be determined.

And sometime 2101 - Failed to start playing the source.

Where do I find error and warning codes documentation for Bitmovin player SDKs?

Hi @praveen.balpande84 , thanks for reaching out to Bitmovin community. Can you please share which player SDK(iOS/Android/Web) is the issue for?

If this is for iOS then it could be similar to the issue reported in other thread at In iOS platform, error On pausing video for at least 3 mins

In this case please follow the other thread and try the steps suggested there.
