Hello friends, is there any way to manage the available space for offline content storage? I’m having a problem that when the available space is not enough, it just stops the download and restarts, without knowing the real reason.
Is it possible to know the reason for the error of a download? Or recover the full size of the download, so I can use another code to see if there is space available on the device.

Download failures caused by insufficient storage can be tracked using following error events.
For Android player SDK , the OfflineContentManagerListner.onError event provides a specific error code InsufficientStorage.
For iOS player SDK, OfflineContentManagerListener.onOfflineError event provides specific error code insufficientStorage for this case.
Above events can be you identify failures due to storage space and then take preventive/corrective actions to inform user about same. Please let us know if there are any further questions.
