Federated streaming support

Hi,

I’ve a HLS streaming URL active for 3 hours. The stream provider only allows me to access from a single IP. I want this stream to be broadcast to my viewers(More than 1M users). Does Bitmovin support such a federated setup where input can be stream URL and generate a output video stream URL which can be accessed by multiple users?

Note: There is no privacy violation as this is the agreed setup with the stream provider.
