I’ve implemented the Analytics collector on multiple platforms/SDKs. In most of them audioLanguage is correctly detected and reported, but on Roku its value is reported as null. https://github.com/bitmovin/bitmovin-analytics-collector-roku
Until version 2.3.0 of the collector, this was a limitation on Roku. We’re glad to announce that, since version 2.4.0, this is now supported and correctly detected: Bitmovin Docs - Analytics Roku Release 2.4.0
If you experience any issue like above, please ensure to update your collector to the latest version in order to stay up to date with all the bug fixes and enhancements being released.
