How to use TTML file for subtitle, if the begin and end time values are in frames instead of time code

Question

We are integrating bitmovin player for one of our web app, but we got stuck with the subtitle files. We want to use TTML files with two different format of begin and end time. One use frame based and another use time based values for begin and end time of subtitle. Time base is working as expected with Bitmovin player but when we use frame based value file subtitle do not show up. Please guide us.

Frame based value example:

《開心漢堡店》

(你的專屬殯儀館與火葬場)

Time based value example:

(นี่คือร้านจัดงานศพของคุณ
บ้านและเมรุ)

(แทนอินเรียลไลฟ์)

Hi @khushboodwivedi28,

It seems the examples you’ve provided are only text without any timing params or further TTML formatting…could you please share the two actual TTML subtitle files or streams so we can inspect/compare/test them? I assume that in both cases you’re conforming to the specs? Timed Text Markup Language 1 (TTML1) (Third Edition)
