HLS Interstitials + LL-HLS support

I’m experiencing issues on bitmovin app on iOS 18.7.1 / iphone 16e only when playing LL-HLS + HLS interstitials stream - https://dzr8xi9at1c49.cloudfront.net/v1/master/1bab6b4238868b752a9e9daae3e2a4911f2a2fc9/emt-live-guided-PlaybackConfig-0ac2917e8a6b/out/v1/emt-live-guided-channel-group-0ac2917e8a6b/emt-live-guided-channel-cmaf-0ac2917e8a6b/cmaf/llhls.m3u8?aws.insertionMode=GUIDED

It looks like LL-HLS stream or HLS Interstitials by itself works ok.

Any tips on what could be going wrong on the server side are appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. We could reproduce the problem, and at this point we think it might be due to an issue with handling the EXT-X-DEFINE correctly. We’ll need to get this work scheduled and investigate it further, and create a fix for this.

In the meantime, if you’re using our iOS SDK in your app, you could set isCustomHlsLoadingEnabled to false and playback works with that.
