# Thumbnail's ACL changed from Public to Private after created

Thanks for reaching out. When configuring the thumbnails, did you explicitly set the ACL for the Encoding Output to ‘Public Read’

If the configuration was created successfully, please provide the encoding ID and I’ll gladly look into it further.
