In case you missed it, Bitmovin Live Encoding is now available on the Akamai Connected Cloud! If you’re using Akamai Media Delivery for your CDN, running your live encoder in Akamai Connected Cloud can lower your operational costs by up to 90% (by eliminating data egress costs incurred by running your encoder on another cloud). Bitmovin is pre-integrated with Akamai Media Services Live (MSL4), supporting live-to-VOD and live clipping workflows, which are especially valuable for sports content. Speaking of which, OneFootball is now using Bitmovin for their live workflows, running on Akamai Connected Cloud.
